AI is expected to boost India’s annual growth rate by 1.3% by 2035. The Government of India has put a lot emphasis to promote AI Innovation, large scale adoption & deployment of AI thriving India in a global market with help of AI initiatives in a variety of social sectors, towards ‘AI for ALL’.

Responsible AI for All

As you are aware, Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) is organizing 2nd edition of Artificial Intelligence India (AI India 2021) from 25 February-24 March 2021 at CII Hive virtual platform. The event is being supported by Department of Biotechnology and Ministry of External Affairs. AI India is leading the way in shaping India’s vision of ‘Technology Leadership for Inclusive Growth’ with a focus on leveraging AI for inclusive growth (Empowering 1 Billion+) in line with the Government policy of Aatmanirbhar Bharat.

CII has taken the initiative to build a responsible AI ecosystem in India, collaborate and sensitize various experts, leaders, technology players and other stakeholders to compliment National Strategy and bring in investment to support the ‘Make in India’ vision of the Hon’ble Prime Minister.

The 2nd edition of AI India 2021 will be held concurrent to CII’s biennial flagship event – 24th International Engineering and Technology Fair (IETF 2021). The event will flag important issues like ethics, bias, transparency and privacy in making AI responsible, promote AI adoption and skilling challenges, focus on 12 sectors specially in agriculture, health, education and skills where investment is necessary.

AI India 2021 will cover the exhibition showcase, powered conference with panel discussions & tech- talk, AI product launches, technologies showcase, live demonstrations & presentations, knowledge webinars by industry, master classes, start-ups pitch sessions, guided virtual tours for buyers, etc. The event will also highlight the most innovative advancements, next generation technologies and strategies from the world of AI, with a focus on Enterprise, Consumer and Society.
