ABOUT EVENT
The development of electric vehicles and vehicle engineering technologies has generated a great deal of progress and welfare to the life of human beings. Transport and mobility have experienced a significant advance in the last decade's thanks to these technologies, bringing a dramatic change to our societies and transforming our lives. This is particularly true in the current times where mankind faces serious risks due to the well-known pandemic and global warming. Safe and clean transportation is more relevant than ever in history.
EV fleets are expanding at a fast pace in several parts of the world’s largest vehicle markets. The costs of batteries and EVs are dropping. Charging infrastructure is expanding. This progress promotes the electrification of transport modes such as two/three-wheelers, light-duty vehicles (LDVs) (cars and vans), taxis and shared vehicles, buses, and heavy-duty vehicles with short-range requirements such as urban deliveries. Manufacturers are continuing to expand the number of EV models available to customers.
The objective of this conference is to provide a platform and opportunities for all stakeholders to exchange their research experiences and share new ideas to promote their research progresses in the field of Electric Vehicles and Vehicle Engineering with the discussion on practical issues, challenges encountered as well as solutions adopted.
