CII has been organizing the CII Governance Series, aimed at facilitating dissemination of changing trends of corporate governance by way of holding interactive sessions with CEOs focusing on governance, transparency, ethics and trust – fostering a culture of good governance in true letter and spirit.

Furthering this important initiative, CII along with National Foundation for Corporate Governance (NFCG – Ministry of Corporate Affairs led initiative) is launching the CII Governance Series 2021. 

1st session of the series with Ms Zarin Daruwala, Chief Executive Officer, Standard Chartered Bank is schduled on 3rd March 10AM to 11AM. The theme of the session would be ‘Emerging Themes in Corporate Governance’ 

CII Governance Series is exclusive to the Board Members, CEOs, Independent Directors and Corporate Leaders.
