Greetings from the Confederation of Indian Industry!

2021 will be the year of transition and mark the start of a decade that will require industries to proactively manage uncertainties. Economic activity which had come to standstill in the initial months of the pandemic has resumed and is accelerating steadily. While businesses are relooking and strengthening their strategies to operate in the post-pandemic world, the Indian industry would need to reset itself to build momentum and become more resilient.

Through the testing times last year, the logistics and supply chain sector made remarkable contribution in keeping the movement of essential items, functional, albeit with a few hurdles in the beginning. Further, the challenges experienced by this sector has highlighted the need to build a stronger and relevant infrastructure that is agile, adaptive, and efficient.

CII is organizing the 2nd edition of the “Supply Network Leadership Conclave” on 12th March 2021 with the objective of re-validating follow up action plans to fast-track the supply chain vision. This leadership conclave will have an integrated supply chain perspective, linking all the high impact segments vertically and service providers horizontally.
