7th CII DIGITAL WR MSME Summit  2021

“Gearing up to Global Competitiveness”

Keeping in mind the great impetus needed for the MSMEs to recover and to help them back into a path of growth and prosperity in order to pave the way for global intervention, and after successfully executing consecutive 6 editions of the MSME Summit, the Confederation of Indian Industry (WR) is organizing the 7th Edition of the MSME Summit and Exhibition 2021 on a virtual platform on 23, 24 and 25 September 2021. The theme of the Summit is “Gearing up to Global Competitiveness”

The Primary objective of the summit is to help MSMEs bounce back from these tough times and to help them adopt to the new normal and make them Aatmanirbhar. This year stress will be laid on how MSMEs can adapt to these changing times to reach a global platform and help to integrate their functions into the global market by directly engaging with the global players and to help them achieve technical prowess and adopt new technology which in turn will benefit growth.

Taking into consideration the disparity that exists in terms of technology adoption, awareness and acceptance levels with regard to the very idea of inclusive development across the MSME spectrum, the primary aim of the Summit will be to empower all the MSMEs on their key growth enablers namely Finance, Export, Technology Intervention, Human Resource and will help them recover, grow and develop their business which will work as a driving force for Employment Generation, Revenue growth and in turn give the much needed push from these growth engines to push India’s Economy.

Event Highlights:  

• Digital Conference (23 & 24 September 2021) which will address various pertinent concepts and topics that are affecting and influencing the Sector. The conference shall act as a credible medium to deliberate upon the opportunities, challenges, and best practices in the MSME sector. CII through this three-day Summit and Expo, is specifically aimed at enabling MSMEs to recover and bounce back from the economic stress that COVID-19 has placed on them.

• Digital Buyer Seller Meet (25 September 2021) In addition to a mini exhibition, this meet provides an opportunity for CII members to showcase their products and services and have one on one interaction and engagement with National and International buyers of repute to accelerate their export journey. It helps participants gain insight on their current and future needs to gear up to serve these large sectors better and generate value for the Buyer organization. Through this Buyer – Seller Meet, CII seeks to create a marketplace where buyers and sellers could come together and transact business thereby creating value.
